Refund policy
Changed your mind? 24 hours, no questions
Any order can be cancelled within 24 hours for a full refund, including setup fees, printed labels and NFC tags. Email support@storysignage.com and we will take care of it. Nothing gets printed that quickly, so there is nothing lost on either side.
Monthly subscriptions
Cancel any time. Your guide keeps working until the end of the billing period you have already paid for, then stops. We do not charge again after you cancel, and we do not refund part of a period you have already started.
Annual subscriptions
Annual plans are not refundable once the 24-hour window has passed. They are discounted against the monthly price on the basis of the full term. If you are not sure you want a full year, start monthly and switch later.
Printed labels and NFC tags
After the first 24 hours, printed labels and encoded NFC tags are not refundable. They are made for your specific codes and cannot be resold. If something arrives damaged or wrong, tell us and we will replace it.
Failed payments
If a payment fails, your codes keep working for 30 days while we sort it out with you. We will not switch off a live exhibit over an expired card.
